LV is a non-profit organization founded in 2014 with the original mission to inspire the next generation of diverse executives to rise to the top in their careers. Today, LV has expanded its mission to include all first generation professionals who share similar lived experiences and challenges in advancing in their careers. LV is committed to empowering U.S. populations like, Latinos 19% and Blacks 12%, who currently only reflect 4% and 3% respectively of senior executive roles. LV does this by providing culturally relevant leadership programs.
