About LatinaVIDA

LatinaVIDA is a non-profit organization founded in 2014 with the original mission to inspire the next generation of Latina executives to rise to the top in their careers. Today, LatinaVIDA has expanded its mission to include all first generation professionals of color who share similar lived experiences and challenges in advancing in their careers. LatinaVIDA is committed to empowering U.S. populations like, Latinos 19% and Blacks 12%, who currently only reflect 4% and 3% respectively of senior executive roles. LatinaVIDA does this by providing culturally relevant leadership programs that support an organization’s Diversity, Equity and Inclusion goals.
