Workshop Series
This four virtual workshop series, or one day in-person event, addresses key career success factors for advancement from seasoned diverse executives who have “been there, done that.” The interactive, fun, fast-paced sessions include group activities, sponsored guest speakers, and self-study reflective practice. Our facilitators are seasoned Latina executives from the corporate, public or nonprofit sectors who provide key content for leadership and career advancement and share real life examples of navigating their careers while overcoming systemic biases and obstacles.
