David A. McKnight has mastered the unique combination of being a certified image consultant and executive coach. He enjoys not only helping ambitious professionals transform their professional image, presence and personal brand, but also skyrocketing their performance, effectiveness and productivity in the workplace.

David helps his clients elevate their executive presence, receive promotions at an accelerated pace, increase salaries, transition to leadership roles at new organizations, and experience explosive growth in their businesses.

David has two decades of experience as a management consultant and financial services executive. As a senior leader at Accenture and Deloitte Consulting, he led large complex engagements within the health insurance sector. He also held two Global Head roles at AIG where David spearheaded leading enterprise wide initiatives that resulted in seismic business processes and cultural shifts. He is also a seasoned international professional, having worked extensively in locations such as London, Brazil, Singapore, Hong Kong, and Tokyo.

David is the author of The Zen of Executive Presence, available on Amazon. He has been featured in multiple media outlets such as The New York Times, The New York Post, Inc. Magazine, Huffington Post, WSJ Market Watch, PIVOT Magazine, to name a few.

David earned a B.A. in Sociology from Rutgers University, as well as an M.S. in Public Policy and Management from Carnegie Mellon University. David was also awarded a fellowship to study public policy at Princeton University.
