Jessica Almeida is a leadership coach with a Master of Science in Applied Psychology degree from the University of Southern California. She has over 15 years of experience as a Human Resources professional in corporate, non-profit and higher education environments. She is passionate about helping leaders define their vision and values, exploring self-development and building resiliency. She is practical and positive, and truly believes that Latinas can draw on their inherent wisdom and experiences to achieving their goals.

In addition to performing independent leadership coaching, Jessica Almeida works as an Employee and Organizational Development Consultant at the California Institute of Technology (Caltech). In this role, Jessica provides ongoing management consultation and organizational development services for faculty, Institute administration and management in human resources. Other related services include topics surrounding employee relations, problem resolution, employee retention, recognition, performance management, succession planning, and strategic planning.

She enjoys designing and conducting training and speaking on various topics including the transition for peer to supervisor, the importance of a personal professional brand and coaching for performance.

Jessica leverages her human resources knowledge and practical experience from working in various business functions to assist the client she coaches.

Jessica received her Coaching Certification at Azusa Pacific University. She is a member of the Professionals in Human Resources Association (PIHRA).

Jessica was born and raised in Los Angeles, California, to parents who immigrated from Ecuador and El Salvador. Jessica is a first-generation college graduate. She currently resides in the San Gabriel Valley with her family.
