Jovanna Perez-Lydon is a Wellness Coach with nearly 15 years of professional experience in accounting, management, business operations, and business owner. She is an avid yoga practitioner, active in her community and enthusiastic about wellness, living with purpose and personal growth. She holds a Bachelor of Science in International Business from San Jose State University. During college, she traveled and studied in Europe at the University of Malta. Through her studies in accounting and finance, she developed a deep understanding between one’s relationship to money and overall well-being. Having a diverse work history across various industries from large corporations to start-ups, in financial, tech, print, and consumer products, Jovanna brings real life work experience to her Wellness coaching.

Jovanna’s focus is on helping Latinas in personal development and good self-care. In her journey, she coaches clients on how to use yoga and mindfulness to heal deep rooted insecurities, to empower and align them to find their purpose. She assists clients with developing a holistic practice that becomes a daily routine, a ritual, and a lifestyle that transforms their lives. Over the last four years she has served as a Wellness teacher and presenter in healthcare, faith-based and non-profit organizations for small and large private groups. She does her coaching in both English and Spanish. As a coach for Personal Development and Wellness, she shares a unique blend of tools where she infuses her life perspective, intuitive knowledge and professional experience, to encourage personal exploration, development and growth.
