Lucrecia Iruela, JD, LLM, PHR, ACC is an Executive Coach with a degree in Law. She has over 15 years coaching leaders in accelerating new CEOs to take their companies to the next level, helping new managers to develop skill sets to succeed and delivering trainings to teams. She also teaches university courses in leadership, organizational structure, unconscious bias, mindfulness, and culture. Lucrecia connects mind, heart and intellect to find greatness. Developing trust and developing relationships are the foundations of her coaching style. Her global mindset helps her to be strategic and understand different perspectives. Through her unique style and diverse coaching tools, she assists leaders to increase purposeful self-awareness, develop new capacities and competencies, and align leaders’ personal development with company goals. Her goal is for leaders to obtain improvement for themselves and their teams, while she creates and maintains an open, candid, and caring way of engaging with them.

Lucrecia has a Master’s in Law at the University of San Diego School of Law and earned her MBA from the Instituto de Empresa. Lucrecia has worked as an attorney for law firms in Madrid and California, directed HR departments and is the founder of two companies in the Bay Area having 500 Fortune companies as clients. She also consults for large, prestigious coaching companies globally. She has extensive experience hiring, creating, and training teams and has managed large global teams, oversaw extensive projects and worked with teams to develop skills to accelerate careers.

Lucrecia was born in Madrid, Spain and moved to California in her mid-twenties. She stays connected to the Latina communities, like La Raza, Latinas in Tech, Vital Voices and Unconscious Bias Project. Lucrecia is a “Sit at the Table” Latina empowering women to do the same within their professions and organizations. Lucrecia is comfortable coaching in her mother tongue Spanish and in English.
